Instructions
In large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups buttermilk biscuit mix, 3 tablespoons double-acting baking powder, and 1 cup water. Blend by hand until mix forms a ball of dough; add a little water if needed. Place dough on a lightly floured work surface. Roll to ½” thickness and cut out biscuits about 2″ in diameter. Place biscuits 1–1½” apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425º F for 10–15 minutes or until golden brown.
